Prestige Group Awards and Recognition 2026 Update

Four distinct recognitions arrived for Prestige in 2026. The Real Estate Awards 2026 named the company Residential Developer for South India. Separately, the IGBC Awards recognised the group for Excellence in Green Building Development.

The Brand Trust Report 2026 added a third layer, naming Prestige a Trusted Real Estate Brand. Rounding off the year, the group picked up an award for Innovation in Smart Home Technology, tied to its advanced Phase 2 feature rollouts.

2025 marked the year Prestige first secured its CRISIL DA1+ rating, the highest developer grading available for financial strength. Karnataka's National Real Estate Awards also handed the group its Best Integrated

Township Project title that year, underlining its capability in delivering large, master-planned communities. CRISIL reaffirmed the DA1+ rating again in March 2026.

The Grohe Hurun India rankings named Prestige the Respected Real Estate Brand of the Year in 2024, a recognition centred squarely on the trust Indian homebuyers place in the brand.

2023 brought individual recognition to Chairman Irfan Razack, who received the IHC London and IIHM Lifetime Achievement Award for his decades-long contribution to Indian real estate.

Prestige collected India's Top Builders and e4m Pride of India Brands honours in 2022, alongside a Best Customer Experience Transformation award. Irfan Razack was separately named Best CEO in Real Estate that year.

2021 proved a particularly strong year for the brand. Prestige Song of the South picked up both the Concrete Structure award and Best Project of the Year. Prestige Augusta Golf Village won the Low Rise Winner title among low-rise developments.

On the corporate side, Prestige Estates Projects Limited won Karnataka Best Employer Brand, while Milan Khurana was named CHRO of the Year and Uzma Irfan appeared among the Top 50 Marketing Minds. The group also swept Best Use of Technology, Best Creative Development, Best Corporate Communications, and India's Top Builder (National).

The Enough Space campaign won Prestige the Marketing Campaign of the Year title in 2020. Prestige Waterford took Project Launch of the Year, while the group also claimed Karnataka Best Employer Brand and India's Top Builders that year.

Individual projects added further wins: Prestige Ocean Crest for Mixed-Use Project of the Year, and Prestige Technostar for Core and Shell Development. On the retail side, Forum Sujaya Mall in Hyderabad won Best Retail Project, and Forum Shantiniketan took Food Court of the Year. Irfan Razack also received a Lifetime Achievement Award that year.

For homebuyers, awards function as a trust signal. They point to strong construction quality, timely handovers, and responsive customer service. A rating like CRISIL DA1+ adds a financial layer of confidence on top of that.

This reassurance carries the most weight for pre-launch or under-construction projects, where buyers can't yet inspect a finished product. Strong brand equity also tends to support stronger resale and rental value down the line.
