Prestige Garden Breeze is a premium apartment project by Prestige Group, located on Sarjapur Road, East Bangalore. The project was pre-launched in December 2025, and is the last phase (Phase 7) of the flagship Prestige City township.
The construction timeline spans 4 years, with the project targeted for completion by 30 November 2030. Possession and handover to homebuyers is expected to begin from 30 December 2030.

Current Status
Prestige Garden Breeze is a new launch. The project spreads over 10 acres and will feature 4 high-rise towers with 655 apartments in 2, 3 & 4 BHK configurations, ranging from 1080 to 3069 sqft. The project is RERA approved (RERA No PR/080926/008919) and all statutory clearances are secured before construction begins.
The project benefits from its location within the Prestige City township, which already has established infrastructure and amenities from the earlier phases.
